1. Eligibility and authority
You must be legally able to enter a contract and, when purchasing for a business, authorized to act for that business. Information supplied during checkout and setup must be accurate and lawful to use.
2. Product and license
Own Manager is a digital restaurant-management system that may include QR ordering, invoices, inventory, customers, purchases, expenses and reports. Features shown in preview mode use sample data and do not create real orders or payments.
Unless agreed in writing, one purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for one restaurant or business location. You may use and configure the delivered system for that business. You may not resell, sublicense, publicly redistribute, remove ownership notices from, or provide the source/package to third parties as a competing product.
3. Price, payment and taxes
The checkout displays the total price and currency before payment. The advertised package is a one-time software payment with no monthly software subscription fee charged by Own Manager. Separate third-party charges—such as hosting, email, domain, payment-processing or platform limits—may apply and are the buyer’s responsibility.
Payments may be processed by a merchant-of-record or payment provider. Their checkout, verification, tax, chargeback and payment terms may also apply.
4. Setup, delivery and customizations
Purchase confirmation and buyer setup instructions are sent electronically. Customized delivery normally takes 3–5 business days after we receive complete, usable setup details and assets. Missing information, inaccessible file links, unusual requirements or buyer-requested changes can extend this timeline.
The package includes up to two reasonable customization requests, such as branding, labels, colors, menu styling or similar setup adjustments. New modules, major workflow changes, third-party integrations, extensive data entry or repeated redesigns are outside the included scope and may require a separate quote.
Delivery details and refund conditions are explained in the Refund & Delivery Policy.
5. Buyer responsibilities and acceptable use
- Keep administrator credentials and deployed links secure.
- Maintain lawful menus, pricing, tax settings, customer data and business records.
- Obtain any required consent before sending marketing communications or collecting customer information.
- Do not use Own Manager for fraud, unlawful sales, harmful content, unauthorized access or infringement.
- Do not interfere with security controls or attempt to exploit the website, forms or backend services.
6. Third-party services
Own Manager may rely on services such as Google, Cloudflare, email providers, domains or payment processors. We do not control their availability, pricing, limits or policy changes. A failure caused solely by a third-party service is not a promise that Own Manager itself is defective, although we will reasonably assist with diagnosis.
7. Intellectual property
Own Manager, its code, design, documentation and branding remain protected intellectual property. Buyers retain ownership of their own business names, logos, menu data, product images and other materials they provide, and grant us permission to use those materials only as needed to configure and deliver the purchased system.
8. Warranties and limitation of liability
We will provide the digital product and setup service with reasonable care and skill. Except for rights and warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded, the product is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted operation, specific revenue, staffing reduction or fitness for every regulatory requirement.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, liability for claims relating to a purchase is limited to the amount paid for that purchase. We are not liable for indirect loss, lost profits, lost data, buyer configuration errors or third-party outages where such exclusion is lawful.
9. Suspension or termination
We may restrict support or access to services we control where there is fraud, unlawful use, security abuse, non-payment or material breach. Termination does not remove obligations or rights that already arose, including valid payment, refund, intellectual-property and confidentiality provisions.
10. Law, disputes and mandatory rights
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without preventing consumers from relying on mandatory protections available in their country. Before starting formal proceedings, both sides should make a reasonable effort to resolve the issue through the support email below. Courts or consumer bodies with lawful jurisdiction remain available.
11. Changes
We may update these terms for future purchases. Material changes will not retroactively remove rights already attached to a completed purchase unless required by law or agreed by both sides.
